Joseph Tatlow (1851-1929) was a well known General Manager of the Belfast & County Down, Director of the Midland Great Western Railway of Ireland and Dublin and Kingstown Railway. He was also a member of the Dominions Royal Commission from 1912 until 1917. His autobiography, Fifty Years of Railway Life in England, Scotland and Ireland was published in 1920 by The Railway Gazette, London.
